We hear it so often that we forget to actually DO it...be sure to check your spam folder! And if you use Gmail, my response is likely under the "Promotions" tab. Add my address to your Allowed Sender list so you don't miss any further emails from me!

Sometimes everything can be done by email, but usually it's easier to set up a time to chat. I'm harmless and there's no obligation to progress any further unless we both agree to. We can see if we're a fit, and go from there!

Strategy / Proposal

Once I understand what you're looking for, I'll outline everything as I see it, and send you a proposal. That way you have everything in writing so you know exactly what to expect, and there aren't any surprises! As soon as you sign off on the proposal, we'll get started on achieving your goals.

"Good Faith" Deposit

Depending on the project, I usually ask for a 50% "Good Faith" deposit up-front. This ensures both of us that we are ready to move forward and make your project a reality! I will ask for the remaining 50% before delivering the final product to you.

Gather Content

If I'm doing web design for you, we will need to gather existing content. If I'm writing content for you, we'll have an easy "get to know you" session so that I can understand not only the content you need, but your voice, mission, or personality you'd like to convey to your audience.

Create!

Now, it's time for me to work the magic. If I'm creating content for you, we'll be in touch as needed for guidance or updates. If we are doing web design, I will be in touch frequently to have you sign off on various ideas, layout, color palettes, and the overall "look & feel" of your site.

Revise

I usually outline the number of revisions that can be expected in your proposal or contract. I won't be happy or consider the project "final" until you have exactly what you were envisioning. I will also ensure that your site or content looks good on all devices, in all browsers.

Launch!

If I'm creating content, I will forward you the content in our agreed-upon format. If I am creating a website for you, it's time to launch! This is a very exciting time as you watch your new business being released to the world, and hopefully is the start of an exciting new chapter!
